    Reflexology Named in her introduction

    Reflexology is a natural therapy based upon the application of pressure to the feet or hands. It is a safe treatment which seeks to balance the body.

    Kinesiology Named in her introduction

    Kinesiology is the study of muscles and movement. It can indicate food intolerances and allergies and provide biofeedback on suitable nutritional needs.

    Reiki Named in her introduction

    Reiki is the Japanese for 'universal life force'. This energy is known as 'Chi' in Chinese therapies or 'Prana' in Ayurvedic medicine.

    EFT Named in her introduction

    EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique is a deceptively simple technique which can help you make powerful changes to your behaviour patterns.

    Tsuboki

    Tsuboki Japanese Face Massage is a wonderfully relaxing treatment which can be booked as a treatment in its own right or included with other therapies.

    Hopi Ear Candles

    The lighted hollow ear candles are gently placed a few millimetres into the external auditory canal for this pleasant and painless treatment.

    Emmett Technique

    The Emmett technique was developed by Russ Emmett. It involves the application of light finger pressure at specific points, referred to as 'Emmett points'.

    Feng Shui

    Living in a home or area with blocked energy can affect your health and well being as well as your ability to make progress with projects.

    Psychic Development

    For many years my own intuition and psychic awareness have been deepening and growing. I am passionate about sharing this knowledge with others and love teaching psychic development workshops.

About me

Since 1995, in my own words.

My work with complementary therapies gives me an holistic insight into the causes of disease on a mind, body and spirit level which I pass on to my clients enabling them to take responsibility for their own health and well-being.

I love my work and believe that I have helped many clients of all ages to enhance their lives both physically and emotionally.

  1. 1995

    I began my career in complementary therapies in 1995 by training as an aromatherapist and reflexologist (ITEC) and started a successful practice using these therapies.

  2. 1996

    Whilst searching for more ways to help my clients, I found Reiki, a form of healing, and began a journey of discovery which led to me becoming a Reiki Master or Teacher in 1996.

  3. I now teach regular Reiki classes and was one of the first Reiki Masters to be included on the Guild of Complementary Practitioners' register of accredited Reiki Masters. The GCP, which later became the International Guild of Professional practitioners and is now part of Embody, was one of the first organizations in the U.K. to set standards for Reiki teaching.

  4. I learned of the benefits of Reiki for treating emotional blocks and dyslexia as well as for physical conditions but was searching for a structured way to integrate my many therapies. Behavioural Kinesiology provided this framework. By providing bio-feedback from muscle testing and using the tools I learned in Touch for Health and 3 in 1 Concepts, your body will tell me the best way to balance and release your personal blocks.

  5. I have also trained in many aspects of mediumship and trance healing at the Arthur Findley College of Psychic Studies.

  6. Now

    I now have a busy practice as an holistic therapist using Reflexology, Reiki, Kinesiology, EFT and other therapies including Indian Head Massage and Hopi ear candles.

Having been diagnosed with a deranged liver due to a particularly nasty flu virus I was left very weak, constantly dizzy and was unable to work for months with no end in sight. The doctors, consultants and specialists had no answer for me other than for to continue to rest and see what the following months would bring. So feeling as though I had been failed by the medical profession and knowing that my employer's patience was not limitless, I turned to Bev for help.

My 8 year old son is a very anxious little boy who struggles with allergies and learning difficulties. He seemed to go from one cocktail of medication to another and was really unhappy at school. Beverley was recommended to us and we 'gave it a go - why not? She was very reassuring and spent a couple of sessions with my son using crystals, reiki, and positive affirmation techniques.
